Once you post an enquiry, our relationship manager will send you a list of tutors matching your requirements and will help you shortlist the tutors. Once the tutor is shortlisted, the relationship manager hosts a free interactive class to help you discuss everything with the tutor. After you finalise a tutor, you need to pay our small facilitation fees of INR 500 all-inclusive and the learning can begin!
We charge a small facilitation fees of INR 500 all-inclusive only after you have finalised a tutor and want to start the classes. We charge only a one time facilitation fee irrespective of classes tenure, be it 6 months or 6 years.
This decision is completely up to you and the tutor. While negotiating, you can decide upon the best schedule and the payment platform which is convenient for both of you. Please ensure that this is carefully and mutually decided before starting classes, to avoid any misunderstandings later. Having said that, we advise you to start the classes with payment at the end of every session especially if the classes are online. Once the trust has been built up the payment can be moved to either advance or on a monthly basis, completely up to you and the tutor.
We understand that interactions might not work the way we want to sometimes. Hence, we work to provide a free of charge alternative for a 2 week period starting from the day of facilitation fee payment. What this means is that we will help you find a replacement tutor from our wide affiliate base free of cost, charging no facilitation fees for a complaint raised within 2 weeks of the payment of the facilitation fees.

You can post a complaint by logging into the account and clicking on the add complaint section from the student dashboard. The list of complaints with their active and closed status will be available for you to review from the dashboard at all times. Once a complaint is received, our relationship manager will get in touch with you within 2 working days and help resolve the issue at the earliest.
